ORDER

How do I know what size I need?
Chaud Devant uses different types of fits. The fit can be found under ‘Specifications’ on the product page. Furthermore, a size chart is available for each item. This can be seen under ‘Size Chart’ on the product page.
Is my item in stock?
On the product page, you can see whether your item/size is in stock. If an item is out-of-stock, you can choose to order it as a back order.
How do I know for sure whether my order has been placed?
As soon as the order/payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Did you not receive an e-mail? Check your spam folder or contact us.
Can I still change or cancel my order?
Your order can only be changed or cancelled before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible during business hours by calling +31 (0)20 494 1930 or send an e-mail to Order@ChaudDevant.com. Always mention your order number and (company) name, so we can be of the best possible service to you. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return the items in accordance with our return policy.
Where can I view my order history?
You can view your order history by logging into your account. Once you have logged in, via your account overview you can choose ‘Order history’ in the left-hand options menu.
What happens if a part of my order is missing?
If the missing item(s) are not noted as a back order on your delivery note, please contact us during business hours by calling +31 (0)20 494 1930 or send an e-mail to Order@ChaudDevant.com. Always mention your order number and (company) name, so we can be of the best possible service to you. .

DELIVERY

What companies use Chaud Devant for delivery?
Shipments within Europe are sent by DHL. All shipments outside Europe are sent by DHL or TNT.
To what European countries can Chaud Devant deliver?
Within Europe, we deliver to the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, France, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Norway, Italy, Sweden, Portugal, Bulgaria, Hungary, Latvia, Croatia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia and Czech Republic.
Does Chaud Devant also deliver to countries outside Europe?
Yes, it is possible to have your order delivered to countries outside Europe. Shipments outside Europe are sent by DHL or TNT. The transport costs for these shipments will be determined on the basis of the volume.
What are the shipping costs?

Can I choose a time slot for my delivery?
It is not possible to choose a time slot for your delivery. All shipments are delivered during business hours.
What is the delivery term?
We use the DHL delivery service. The delivery term within the Benelux is between 1 to 2 working days and for Europe it is between 1 to 6 working days.
How can I track my delivery?
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a track & trace code by e-mail. Did you not receive an e-mail? Check your spam folder or contact us.

RETURNS

Can I return one of the products from my order?
It is possible to return one or more items from your order. Please view our return policy for the terms and conditions.
How can I return and/or exchange my order?
Via your account, you can easily and quickly register a return via the return portal. Once you have logged in, via your account overview you can choose ‘My returns’ in the left-hand options menu. In the return overview, you can choose the order required and select the items that you wish to return.

What are the return terms and conditions?
Did you order an item from Chaud Devant, but you are not completely happy with it? You can register your return within 30 days via our return portal at www.ChaudDevant.com. It is important that you treat the products and the packaging with care. If a package has to be replaced or an item is creased, we will charge handling costs per handling and per item. Unfortunately, if a product is damaged or worn, we cannot accept its return. Our special productions, custom products and processed products may not be returned either.
May I return a sale item?
Yes, Sale items may be returned just like our regular items. Please view our return policy for the terms and conditions.
After a return, am I refunded the full purchase price?
You will receive a credit note for the purchase price if the items are returned within the set return period. Items can only be returned if they are presented in their original state and original packaging. Personalised items cannot be returned. View our return policy for the terms and conditions.

I have a complaint, what should I do?
There is always the possibility that something does not go completely according to plan. MAINTENANCE

What is the best way for me to wash the Chaud Devant clothing?
For a proper treatment of your outfit, we refer you to the label with washing instructions on the inside of the garment or to the product page of the relevant item. Under ‘Fabric & Care, you can find more information about cleaning your item.
We advise you to wash the garment before the first use: at 30 degrees on a short programme with a small amount of washing detergent. Choose an anti-wrinkle program if possible. Wash coloured garments separately

Where can I view and change my account details?
You can view your account details by logging into your account. Once you have logged in, via your account overview you can choose ‘My account details’ in the left-hand options menu. If you wish to change your details, please contact us during office hours by calling +31 (0)20 494 1930 or send an e-mail to Order@ChaudDevant.com.
How do I request a new password?
